Air Vacuum Extraction Services

Like most equipment Kodiak employs, our Vacmasters System 4000 is the most powerful product offered.  With an amazing 155-hp John Deere turbo diesel on board, this unit generates a whopping 1,000 CFM of vacuum and provides a compressed air source at a staggering 300 CFM @ 220 PSI!  Mounted on an Ford F-650 chassis, this air knife is a force to be reckoned with.

Nobody has a crystal ball that works 100% of the time.  Now you can be sure of what lies beneath your site BEFORE you drill, probe, or excavate.  Using compressed air to excavate soil is far superior to using compressed water.  Air will compress and flow around buried utilities, water will slice right through them.  With air you have the added advantage of handling dry spoils, rather than figuring out how to manage slop, mud, and dirty water.

With our system, you have a choice - place the spoils directly into a drum, return them to the hole, or transport them to another area prior unloading them.  Our 450-gallon tank with drum interceptor provides you with the options needed to make the job run smoothly.
